Shana Orczyk Sissel, CEO of Banríon Capital Management, specializes in alternative investments, helping advisors navigate complex public and private opportunities. She served as a key advisor in launching Armada ETF Advisors and its Home Appreciation U.S. REIT ETF (HAUS). With over 20 years in the industry, Shana’s experience includes leading alternative investment platforms at Cope Corrales and managing a $500 million portfolio as CIO at Spotlight Asset Group. Her background also features roles at Orion Advisor Solutions, Ariel Investments, Fidelity Investments, Mercer Investments, Peak Financial Management, and Russell Investments. A sought after  on financial news networks, Shana holds a BS in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, an MBA from Bentley University, and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. Known as the “Queen of Alternatives,” she is recognized for her expertise and leadership in the field and wears the “crown” with great pride..
